The event utilised both the internal conferencing facilities of WSCC and more than 3,000 square metres of external car park space to create a highly interactive event environment.
Inside the convention centre, delegates attended conference presentations and a car launch showcase, while outside, the car park was transformed into a large-scale live demonstration zone featured drilling, direct fastening, concrete cutting, breaking demonstrations, and much more.
The WSCC foyer was extensively activated with product displays, branded installations, arcade-style games, and information displays, creating a vibrant and engaging atmosphere from the moment attendees arrived and throughout the event breaks.
The venue layout allowed conference sessions and demonstrations to run concurrently, giving delegates the flexibility to engage with multiple experiences throughout the day. Smooth movement between indoor and outdoor activations was supported through careful event flow planning, clear signage and coordinated operational management.
One of the standout moments of the event was the launch of new vehicles which created a strong visual impact and generated significant delegate engagement.
Flexibility within the venue layout was critical to the event’s success. The ability to adapt spaces for conferencing, networking, product showcases and outdoor activations enabled Hilti to deliver a fully integrated event experience tailored to multiple audience types.
